Tuna Casserole with Potato Chips
Search Request from Visitors to Old Recipe Detective Blog or Heritage Recipes
Request: Many years ago my family loved this recipe and now I
cannot either find it nor remember it. Can you help? It was tuna, canned soup
and potato chips all layered in a pan and then baked. But cannot remember the
good details.
Sincerely, Carol

this for Sunday supper or lunch during the week.”
Tuna Casserole with Potato Chips
1 can of English sweet peas,
1 can tuna,
1 can cream of mushroom soup,
crushed potato chips.
“My mother would simply layer the above in a small casserole dish, ending with
mushroom soup that had been thinned with a little milk. Bake at 350 degrees for
about 1 half hour.”
