Corn Fritters

This is my
own corn fritter recipe and I like it because of the nice texture that the cream
gives it!
Corn Fritters
16 1/2 oz
creamed corn
1/2 teaspoon
salt
2 eggs
1 tablespoon
oil
1/4 cup
cream
2 1/3 cups
flour
2 teaspoons
baking powder
Mix the
above ingredients. Fry in deep fat at 350 degrees.
