Breakfast Cookies with Oatmeal

I picked this
breakfast oatmeal cookie recipe
out of an old "I hate to cook" recipe book. I has been my breakfast on my way to
work for so many years I can't remember.
It's very easy and takes not time to prepare early in the morning on the run. Oh
and it's got to be good for you all that oatmeal
JoAn's Breakfast Cookies
4 cups oatmeal
1 1/4 cups brown sugar
1 cup oil
3 eggs
2/3 cup powdered milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup walnuts
1 cup raisins
3/4 cup chocolate chips
3/4 cup coconut
Mix oatmeal thru oil and set overnight. Next day mix that with the remainder of
the ingredients. Spoon on greased pan Bake at 350F for ten minutes.
